Honey & Abernathy is proud to offer a fun and eclectic collection of artisan creations and fine goods. We love what we have put together for you and we want you to love it too. We understand that sometimes things just don’t work out and we want to make sure the return process
is quick and easy.
Eligible merchandise purchased online that is unworn, unused, and in original packaging with original tags qualifies for a refund within 14 days of the date of purchase, less a 10% restocking fee and any affected total-based discounts. Refunds will be made viable original purchase tender.
Alternatively, an exchange may be granted for eligible merchandise that is unworn, unused, and in original packaging with original tags for in-stock merchandise or store credit within 14 days of the date of purchase. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Artist Original pieces, event jewelry, custom orders of any kind, plants, hats, fulfilled subscription boxes, and clearance items are final sale only and are never eligible for refund or exchange. No price adjustments for past or future promotional offers or sale items will be made. We reserve the right to modify these policies at any time, with or without notice.
Return Instructions To Return Online Purchases In-Store - Please bring the merchandise and a copy of your receipt/order confirmation.
To Return Online Purchases Via Shipment - Please email first and include your order number, the merchandise you wish to return, and the reason you are returning them. We will respond with instructions on where to ship your item(s). Once we receive the item(s), we will send you an email confirming their arrival, after which the refund will be granted.
Please note: we are not responsible for shipping fees incurred by the return process.
